The residents of “From” are closer to answers than ever, which must mean things are about to get worse
“From” season 4 arrives this week, and it looks like the show is moving into a more revealing phase without giving up the dread that made it work in the first place.
The new season premiered on last Sunday, April 19, and runs for 10 weekly episodes, picking up after season 3’s brutal finale and pushing further into the town’s mythology.
That should make this one especially tense for anyone who’s stuck with the series so far. Season 4 is expected to dig into the origins of the horrifying creatures, the growing significance of Julie’s timeline-hopping, and the threat posed by the Man in the Yellow Suit, who emerged as a major new villain at the end of last season.
At the same time, Boyd is still trying to hold the town together while his physical and mental state continues to fray. So, yes, “From” is still very much a survival-horror show. It just sounds like it’s finally ready to explain more of what the town actually is, and what it’s been demanding from the people trapped inside it.
Here’s how to watch “From” season 4 online from anywhere.

What Happens in From Season 4?
After several revelations in Season 3’s ending, as well as Jim’s shocking death, Season 4 is finally supposed to answer some questions. However, the trailer revealed that nothing good comes easy, so the residents are still in a lot of trouble.
The official logline promises that “Season 4 will open doors that some in town will end up wishing had remained closed.” After losing Father Khatri to the creatures in Season 1, Season 4 seems to have found his replacement with one of the newcomers, who is a pastor, who is one of the new residents stuck in the town. They are also on their way to finding out who the Man in Yellow is.
The logline teases, “Season 4 will open doors that some in town will end up wishing had remained closed.”

What Are Critics Saying About From?

Hue Watched It’s Kit Stone praised the series, teasing that, “In less than ten minutes of the pilot episode of From, audiences got a glimpse of the nightmare to come.” The review also states, “The stakes are higher, the tension thicker, and new dangers are emerging from places we never expected. Six episodes in, and this may be From at its best,” warning, “Knowledge comes at a cost, and in season four, the bill is due.” Stone sums it up, “More than cheap scares, season four shows that there is a clear focus and a definite end to this story.”
Lady Jenevia from the same YouTube channel shared, “Overall, this story shows that with careful planning and a meticulous attention to detail, it’s possible to maintain a high standard. Four seasons in and there has yet to be a dip in quality for drama, intrigue, lore expansion, and character exploration.”
ScreenRant’s Jordan Williams wrote, “From season 4 proves that the MGM+ series is entering a new era in which the horrors, character dynamics, and satisfaction of long-awaited answers have never been better.”
The second consecutive 100% rating on Rotten Tomatoes is exciting for the sleeper hit series, especially as MGM+ officially confirmed that From will return for Season 5 a week before its return. The series, however, won’t overstay its welcome, and MGM+ confirmed that Season 5 will also be its last. However, that doesn’t mean the path until the finale is easy for the characters, as many dangers lurk ahead.
