XO Kitty Cast Shares New Season 3 Update

Speaking with Deadline, XO Kitty star Anna Cathcart (who plays “Kitty” Song-Covey) offered an exciting tease for what fans could see in a possible Season 3. When asked what she would like to see in Season 3, she addressed:
I would love to see Kitty continuing to explore who she is and figure out what that means to her. She’s constantly dealing with this struggle between being herself and following her crazy heart without causing drama and too much chaos. She’s definitely still in the process of figuring that out. Following her journey of being a messy, loving person is what makes the show so exciting, to see someone who I think we can all relate to that experience in some sense of not knowing what to do with your big heart. I think if she just continues to follow it. I hope she never lets go of that trait because it’s something I really love about her.

Quincy “Q” Shabazian actor Anthony Keyvan also spoke on his own character, explaining how he wants the opposite of what Cathcart wants.
“I think for Q, I want the opposite. Q is always so put together, and he’s very sure of himself, and he’s also the shoulder lean on, the rock for the group. I think it’d be cool to see him falter in that confidence and maybe deal with something that Kitty would deal with instead of the other way around.”
Who Might Return? Exploring the XO Kitty Season 3 Cast

It’s possible that the entire cast of season 2 could reprise their roles in Xo, Kitty season 3 as well. Anna Cathcart will be back to reprise her role as the love-struck matchmaker herself, Kitty Song-Covey. Meanwhile, with a potential love triangle brewing, Gia Kim will likely return as Yuri Han, while Sang Heon Lee will again play Min Ho Kang. After her plan was foiled in season 2, it’s unclear if newcomer Audrey Huynh will be back to play the scheming Stella.
If Netflix renews XO, Kitty Season 3, we’re expecting most of the characters to return. They include:
- Anna Cathcart as Kitty Song-Covey
- Gia Kim as Yuri Han
- Sang Heon Lee as Min Ho Kang
- Minyeong Choi as Dae Heon Kim
- Anthony Keyvan as Quincy “Q” Shabazian
- Regan Aliyah as Juliana
- Sasha Bhasin as Praveena
- Han Bi Ryu as Eunice
What Could XO, Kitty Season 3 Be About?

The season 3 of XO, Kitty will likely follow Kitty’s senior year at KISS. The core cast will presumably return for another installment. However, it’s unknown whether Stella (aka Esther) will return, considering she was sent back to Ohio.
Season 3 might finally give fans the Kitty and Min Ho love story fans been waiting for. In the finale, when Kitty is about to confess her feelings, Min Ho reveals he’s sworn off relationships after his misstep with Stella and is heading out on tour with his K-pop star brother for the summer. Kitty asks if she can tag along, but the episode ends before we hear Min Ho’s answer. What could happen during their summer together, if she even goes?
When it comes to Kitty and Yuri’s future on XO, Kitty, it seems that chapter is closed — at least for now.
“I know so many people are rooting for them, and I love to see that. I do think that storyline, at least for now,
Cathcart told Tudum.
She’s kind of explored that.

What Fans Are Saying About XO Kitty Series

Here is how much fans are enjoying the first two seasons of Xo, Kitty:
10/10
Second season was even better then first! There were so much drama, as it should, we are talking about Kitty after all. But that drama made it good and also very sweet. That series has everything, you feel all of the emotions from happiness to sadness.. watching it, you are rooting for the characters and hoping everything goes well, you feel pissed off when someone mean and evil comes along.. Defo recommend to watch it when you loved the first season, if you haven’t watched it, the go sub to netflix and watch you wont regret it…. and also NETFLIX WE NEED A NEW SEASON AND SOON, VERY SOON!!!!!

So cheesy, but so fun and full of cute moments.
This series is a perfect amalgamation of American high school meets Korean drama. This is the perfect feel good series which is a little cringe but is also so wholesome. It’s a lovely Segway out of To all the boys I loved starring Lana Condor and Noah Centineo. It is also a great Segway into Korean drama. Feeling hopeful there will be a third season because we’re all waiting to see a certain someone and Kitty together. This series has a way of fitting enough familiarities from ‘to all the boys’ but however has taken a significant enough change in storyline to create its own series and has avoided issues of repetition from the loved film.
Definitely worth a watch.

We forgot how fickle we are during our teenage days. Kitty relived that for me. I’m glad the show ended the way it did. I hope to see more of her adventures. It was younger and more exploratory than the movies. I think I liked it as a series more. I hope there’s some cross overs with other Corvey sisters as well.
I get the themes may not be for everyone but it’s refreshing to see that in a conservative settings like in Seoul. I think this is a good crossovers between American drama and k-drama. This is a great movie overall and love the casts. There’s a good mix of personalities and diversity.

Surprisingly good! So many interesting twists!.. The first 20 minutes of the first episode does no do much to hook you in but once the episode is over, there is a clear and defined mission to get you interested. You might be thinking in one direction and all of a sudden, everything changes! The characters were super unpredictable and sometimes quite annoying (but I guess that’s all a part of the thrill right?) which makes prediction of events really difficult.. Surely there has to be a second season because there’s so much left to be addressed and settled. Overall I will deffo recommend this show to anybody that just wants to enjoy and simple and chill but intriguing show over a short period of time 9/10.
