In this romantic comedy with Nicole Kidman and Joey King, 36-year-old Zac Efron has a wider jaw and a stockier face, which viewers quickly notice. One person on social media wrote, “I’m trying to watch ‘A Family Affair’ with Zac Efron, but I can’t stop thinking about what happened to his face. Why would he change it?”
Another person just said, “What has he done to his face?“In 2022, the “Baywatch” star surprised everyone with his new look. He explained it was because of a bad fall that broke his jaw.

Zac remembered slipping on socks while running at home and hitting his chin on a granite fountain. He explained that his facial and jaw muscles grew more significant after the injury to help him heal, which is why his appearance changed so much.

The “High School Musical” star also said he didn’t know people were talking about his jaw on social media until his mom called and asked if he’d had surgery.

Efron’s friend, Kyle Sandilands, spoke up for him. He said Zac would never get plastic surgery and compared him to a famous painting.
Kyle, an Australian radio host who has known Zac for years, denied the rumors on “The Kyle and Jackie O Show.”
“I would know if he’d had any plastic surgery,” Kyle said. He told his co-host Jackie ‘O’ Henderson that Zac definitely hadn’t had any work done.
He added that it would be pointless for Zac, already so good-looking, to get surgery. “It’s like taking a Picasso painting and letting a kid draw on it. Why bother?” he said.
