Reacher continued to be the most-watched show, with people streaming it for 1.4 billion minutes between March 3 and 9. This made it #1 for the second week in a row, thanks to the release of Season 3.
On the other hand, Netflix’s show Zero Day, which had been very popular right after it came out, didn’t stay on top. It dropped off Nielsen’s overall streaming chart that same week, even though it had been in second place with over 1 billion minutes viewed just a week earlier. However, it still appeared on Nielsen’s list of original streaming shows, sitting at #8 with 610 million minutes watched.
Meanwhile, Running Point climbed up and took the #2 spot, gathering 1.36 billion minutes of watch time. According to Nielsen, most of its viewers were adults between 35 and 64 years old, and the audience leaned more towards women.
After setting a Nielsen streaming record the week before, Love Is Blind appeared again at #4 on the overall chart, with just over 1 billion minutes watched. The White Lotus also stayed on the list, landing at #10 with 814 million minutes viewed.

Some familiar shows appeared again on the original and acquired streaming lists, including Severance and 1923. Nielsen points out that these two shows appeal to different age groups: 68% of Severance’s viewers are adults aged 18-49, while 1923 gets the same percentage from adults 50 and older. Paradise and The Traitors, which both wrapped up their seasons during this time, were also on the list.

In an interesting twist, the old 1950s Western show Gunsmoke appeared on the acquired list at #8, with 646 million minutes viewed on Paramount+ and Peacock. But according to Nielsen, Gunsmoke has quietly built a strong streaming audience for a while now, with over 10 billion minutes watched in 2024.
