The latest episode of Love Island USA shocked viewers, who rushed to social media to react after Jeremiah Brown and Hannah Fields were voted off the island. Season 7 has faced criticism from fans, mainly due to the Islanders’ lack of chemistry and how much focus was put on Huda Mustafa and Jeremiah’s relationship in the early episodes. Despite receiving a lot of backlash, Huda is still in the villa, which hasn’t sat well with many fans.
A lot of viewers believe Huda should have gone home instead of Jeremiah and Hannah, and now some are accusing the producers of rigging the votes. According to The U.S. Sun, fans expressed their outrage online after Hannah and Jeremiah got the lowest number of votes from America.

Love Island is a powerhouse of a reality show, thanks to wild twists like Hannah and Jeremiah’s unexpected exit. While that shocked fans, it really shouldn’t have—Love Island is known for rule-breaking. Eliminations can come from America’s votes or from the Islanders themselves. The show constantly changes the rules, which keeps it exciting.
Whether or not the voting was rigged to keep Huda around may never be proven, but everyone is talking about her. Love her or hate her, Huda is a strong reality TV character because she’s emotional and imperfect. Without her rocky relationship with Jeremiah, this season wouldn’t be as entertaining. Maybe that’s why producers wanted her to stay, or maybe America really did vote her as a favorite. Either way, we’ll keep watching—because that’s exactly what Love Island is all about.
