Kim Kardashian’s childhood friend, Allison Statter, enjoys Taylor Swift’s music.
“I hate to say this, but sometimes I listen to Taylor Swift,” Statter, 44, said on the July 9 episode of the “9 to 5ish With theSkimm” podcast. “She’s probably one of the greatest songwriters of our generation.”
Statter shared that she loves Taylor Swift’s music for the catchy beats and the deeper meanings.
“Her music is fantastic, She stands for things like women empowerment and friendship, which resonate with me.”
Statter said
Allison Statter remembered going to a Madonna concert in Los Angeles with Kim Kardashian, their mom, Kris Jenner, and sister Kourtney Kardashian when they were kids.
Besides Taylor Swift, Statter listens to Harry Styles, Vampire Weekend, Katy Perry, and John Mayer daily. “I like to listen to female pop music and country-folk vibes,” she explained.

Allison Statter and Kim have been friends for a long time, growing up together in Southern California. Their bond has only gotten stronger, with Statter joining Kim at many events over the years.
“She’s a fiercely loyal and trustworthy friend,” Statter said about Kim on Tuesday. “I’m very lucky to have her.”
However, fans know Kim and Taylor Swift don’t have the best relationship. Their feud started in 2016 when Kim shared a video of a phone call between her ex-husband Kanye West and Taylor about his song “Famous.” Kim also added snake emojis to her post.
