Jennifer Lopez was momentarily taken aback when an interviewer made light-hearted comments about her age during a screening of her latest film, Unstoppable.
The 55-year-old star was speaking with Variety‘s Senior Awards Editor, Clayton Davis, on Sunday when he referenced her career and aging.

Lopez, visibly surprised, responded with a stunned, “Wow.” Davis went on to joke that Lopez was “getting up there” in age, which drew audible gasps from the audience.
The Hustlers star simply nodded, replying quietly, “I am,” while someone in the crowd could be heard asking, “Did he just say that?”
Davis quickly clarified that his comments were meant as a joke, and Lopez addressed the situation gracefully. Turning to the crowd, she expressed gratitude for their longstanding support.
“What a journey this has been,” she said. “And I honestly feel that the best is yet to come.”

Reflecting further, Lopez shared
Despite the lighthearted jab, Lopez appeared unbothered and poised, continuing to promote Unstoppable, a film produced by her ex-husband, Ben Affleck, 52.
Lopez looked stunning for the event, showcasing her signature style in a sheer bow blouse and a powder blue ensemble, complete with a pastel jacket and jeans that highlighted her toned physique.
