Henry Cavill may no longer play Superman or Geralt of Rivia from The Witcher, but he has some exciting projects lined up. Besides starring in Voltron, Cavill will take on the lead role in a reboot of the sci-fi action series Highlander, directed by John Wick’s Chad Stahelski. He’s also teaming up with Amazon again for the long-awaited adaptation of the popular wargame Warhammer 40,000. Cavill shared his excitement about the project on social media, confirming the series is moving forward and hinting at what fans can expect.
My amazing team and I have been working closely with the talented folks at Games Workshop to bring the Warhammer world to life. We’ve spent hours brainstorming ideas, exploring the massive world of Warhammer, and diving into its rich history. After a lot of hard work, we’ve found the perfect place to start building this universe, and both Amazon and Games Workshop are on board with our plan. For now, we’re keeping the details a secret, but stay tuned—there’s much more to share soon!
