Terrifier 3 comes with a caution for viewers to seek help if they start feeling ill.
The new scary movie, Terrifier 3, warns viewers they might feel sick while watching it. The film, directed by Damien Leone, has an opening scene that’s already made some people leave the theater and even throw up.

Terrifier movies are about a killer named Art the Clown, and they are known for being very violent and bloody.
The last Terrifier movie was so intense that some people fainted while watching it, but the director, Leone, said it wasn’t just a trick to get people to see it.
The Terrifier movie wants the same big effect on viewers as they watch Art the Clown go on a dangerous rampage on Christmas Eve.
A picture shared on the movie’s X/Twitter with the caption “Don’t say we didn’t warn you…” shows a sign on a theater door warning people about what to expect:
“Warning! This film contains extreme violence and excessive gore. If you are feeling unwell, please find a member of staff. Staff trained in first aid are on site.”
Terrifier 3 has come to UK cinemas thanks to Signature Entertainment. They responded to a post saying that at their special screening, 11 people walked out – nine of them during the first scene – and a kid vomited.
Most people would be scared to hear about a movie that might make you need first aid, but horror fans seem excited.
“This makes me want to see it even more! Maybe this is an unpopular opinion but I love this type of marketing. It’s very 2000s. Oh, but I can’t wait to see this.”

Speaking to Lad Bible, Leone said:
“Mark my words. I guarantee you the first five minutes of this movie is going to be very controversial.

“But that’s not even the big kill scene. So that’s why I was like, I need to just make this movie on my own, because it’s too insane. If you thought Art the Clown’s reign of terror in part two was extreme, you haven’t seen anything yet.”
The Terrifier series has become one of the most successful independent horror films in recent years. Its 2022 sequel made over $15 million (£11 million) at the worldwide box office, even though it had a small budget of just $250,000 (£191,000).
The films are so popular that director Damien Leone said a big movie studio wanted to remake Terrifier for a wider audience.
“They wanted to reboot it for a wider audience. That’s not what I was interested in. They would say, ‘It’s gotta be rated R, it can’t be as gory as you made it.”
Talking to Total Film, he said

“I knew they wouldn’t let me film the first 10 minutes of what I wanted for Terrifier 3, so I decided to keep the franchise true to itself.”
42-year-old director Said
Terrifier 3 will be released in cinemas on 11 October.
