Fallout star Walton Goggins has replied to Pete Davidson’s prediction that fans will “turn” on him like they did with Pedro Pascal.
Some people online think Pascal is in too many projects, leading to “Pascal fatigue,” since he’s showing up everywhere in movies, TV, and media.

Davidson talked about this on Theo Von’s This Past Weekend podcast, pointing out that Pascal, who has appeared in The Fantastic Four: First Steps, Materialists, Eddington, and The Last of Us Season 2 this year, might be facing backlash.
Look at Pedro Pascal right now. Fing two years ago he’s a hardworking, great actor. He’s worked so hard and has been a struggling actor, fing blows up so fing hard, everyone’s like, ‘Daddy, daddy! Daddy, daddy!’ And then a year later, he’s, like, in everything now ’cause he’s hot and big and everyone’s like, ‘Go the fk away, dude.’ You gotta give someone time to adjust to that new level of fame. He’s been banging at it for 30 years, and now he’s learning how to go get a cup of coffee or deal with someone who taps you on the shoulder while you have your earbuds in and freaks you out. You got to give that guy a f**ing second to adjust.

Davidson then guessed Goggins, who plays Rick Hatchett in The White Lotus and will return as The Ghoul in Season 2 of Fallout, will be next.

They’re gonna do it with Walton Goggins… will be next. It’s like, we build everybody up and now it’s so fast to turn. It’s within months, where you’re like what the f**k. Goggins has now shared a comment on Instagram after reading The Hollywood Reporter’s piece on Davidson’s words. He admitted he thinks some people are “tired of hearing my homilies, and said he doesn’t blame fans, but explained he has to talk about upcoming projects (like Fallout Season 2) “to honor all of those that worked so hard to bring these stories to fruition.
Davidson said
He told fans not to click on stories with his name “unless you want to,” and showed gratitude for even being part of a discussion like this.
If saying yes in life more than saying no is a crime, then I’m guilty as charged. If this headline is a possibility or an inevitability… if this is my fate… Well… F*** it. I’m going to enjoy the F*** OUT OF IT.
he said. As for being next after Pascal, Goggins gave a line that sounded like The Ghoul
Pedro Pascal, meanwhile, will return as The Mandalorian in the Star Wars movie The Mandalorian and Grogu, and as Reed Richards in the MCU movie Avengers: Doomsday next year.
