Sean “Diddy” Combs is facing a new sexual assault lawsuit amid a series of ongoing legal battles.
According to court documents obtained by Us Weekly on December 20, LaTroya Grayson has accused the rapper of drugging and raping her at a 2006 event. The incident allegedly took place after Grayson’s sibling won a radio contest in Oklahoma, granting them airfare, hotel accommodations in New York City, and tickets to attend Diddy’s exclusive “White Party.”
Grayson claims that upon arriving at the event renamed the “Black Party” she was allowed entry while her sibling was left outside. After consuming two drinks at the gathering, she began to feel unwell and headed to the restroom.

In her filing, Grayson states she has no memory of what happened next, recalling only that she woke up at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in New York wearing a ripped shirt and no underwear.
Upon returning to Oklahoma, Grayson alleges she received a call from an anonymous woman who warned her against pursuing legal action, stating, “He’s a celebrity, and you’ll just be wasting your time.”
Her attorney, Ariel Mitchell, told TMZ that Grayson did not report the alleged assault at the time due to fear and confusion.
Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone or engaged in sex trafficking. Ms. Grayson admits she has no memory of the events alleged in her complaint, does not know who was supposedly involved, and has never spoken to Mr. Combs. Her allegations against him are pure fiction.
Diddy’s representatives have strongly denied the allegations, releasing a statement to TMZ
Mr. Combs cannot respond to every baseless lawsuit and lawyer-driven money grab. He has faith in the judicial process, in which fact will be separated from opportunistic fabrications like these.

Grayson’s lawsuit also acknowledges that she has no direct memory of the assault and does not mention seeing or speaking with Diddy during the party.
This latest legal filing comes as Diddy faces additional lawsuits and criminal charges, including accusations of sex trafficking and racketeering. He was arrested in September and remains in custody at a Brooklyn detention center while awaiting his criminal trial in May 2025.
Despite the mounting allegations, Diddy has consistently denied all claims of misconduct.
Mr. Combs and his legal team have full confidence in the facts, their legal defenses, and the integrity of the judicial process. In court, the truth will prevail: that Mr. Combs has never sexually assaulted anyone—adult or minor, man or woman.
