Celebrity Big Brother has revealed the latest housemates facing eviction after a tense round of face-to-face nominations. In Monday’s (21 April) episode of the ITV reality show, the remaining celebrities gathered for an Easter-themed nomination task. Each contestant had to place an egg in the basket of the housemate they wanted to nominate.
Advertisement During her turn, Ella reignited her feud with Chris, saying:
I’m nominating Chris. I’ve been told you like to play a massive game. And you come into things with a game plan.
However, when the nominations shifted toward Ella, she became emotional and expressed frustration, claiming she was being “penalised.”
Following a tense moment filled with tears, it was revealed that Ella Rae Wise, Patsy Palmer, JoJo Siwa, Chris Hughes, and Angellica Bell were initially in danger of eviction — until Big Brother threw in a surprise twist.
At the center of the room sat a collection of eggs, one of which—a golden egg—offered a housemate the chance to avoid eviction. But there was a twist: whoever found it had to swap places with a previously ‘safe’ housemate.
After a bit of trial and error, JoJo discovered the golden egg. She chose to nominate Danny Beard in her place, putting the drag performer at risk alongside Angellica, Chris, Ella, and Patsy.
Adding to the tension, it’s already been confirmed that THREE housemates with the fewest votes will be evicted during tomorrow’s (22 April) episode, leaving just six contestants in the house ahead of this week’s finale.
The three housemates set to be evicted will become the fourth, fifth, and sixth to leave the season, following earlier public eliminations of Michael Fabricant, Trisha Goddard, and Daley Thompson.
Between Michael’s and Trisha’s departures, Mickey Rourke was removed from the house by producers due to “further use of inappropriate language and instances of unacceptable behaviour.” The actor had faced criticism for his conduct since the beginning.
Meanwhile, in the latest episode, Big Brother punished Ella and Angellica for breaking the rules once again. After discussing nominations in too much detail, the pair were sent to jail for a few hours as a consequence.
