Seán C, call centre trainer from Carlow celebrated another major victory for faithful’s on last nights episode of The Traitors Ireland
Carlow’s Seán C was among the faithfuls celebrating another major victory on Tuesday night’s episode of The Traitors Ireland, as the group successfully banished another Traitor from Slane Castle.
The latest episode saw Aoife revealed as a Traitor after the faithfuls turned against her at a tense round table.
The Carlow contestant has now found himself part of a faithful group enjoying an extraordinary run, having correctly banished Traitors on three consecutive nights, four altogether.
Following the votes, Seán could barely contain his confidence as he did some quick calculations on his slate.
“It would take another 400 seasons for that to happen again,” he remarked, before turning his attention to what could come next.
“Who we getting tomorrow, lads?” he asked the group, looking towards Carla.
However, Tuesday night’s episode also contained a major clue which could have huge implications for the remaining players.
Before leaving the castle, Aoife revealed that she had been a traitor for only a short period of time.
She had been recruited by Carla after Páraic K was banished on Monday night, leaving Carla as the last of the original Traitors.
Aoife then used her final vote to target Carla, throwing suspicion towards her former traitor ally.
Despite the revelation, the faithfuls failed to fully connect the dots, meaning Carla survived another round table.
For Seán and the remaining faithfuls, the challenge now is to work out who they can trust as the game enters it’s later stages.
With Carla still in the castle and preparing to recruit another player, Seán will be hoping the faithfuls can maintain their impressive winning streak when The Traitors Ireland returns.
The Carlow man remains firmly in the hunt for a share of the prize.
