The highly publicized legal dispute between Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni is set to be explored in a fast-tracked documentary, He Said, She Said: Blake Lively vs. Justin Baldoni, produced by ITN Productions.
The 90-minute documentary will premiere on the U.K.’s Channel 5 on Monday night, while a condensed 60-minute version has been acquired by Investigation Discovery for U.S. audiences, set to air on March 31. It will also be available for streaming on Max and Discovery+.
The special delves into Lively’s legal complaint against Baldoni, in which she accuses the It Ends With Us director of sexual misconduct on set and claims he orchestrated an online smear campaign to silence her. Baldoni, however, has denied all allegations and has countersued for $400 million, alleging defamation. With the trial scheduled for March 2026, the documentary will examine evidence from both sides, as well as the case’s widespread reaction on social media.

This story has captivated the world, perpetuated by social media, which is still gaining momentum. It feels really pertinent for us as a channel to be making this film within the context of #MeToo. We’re very happy to be working with ITN on this U.K. feature-length version.
