Blake Lively is receiving an outpouring of support from friends and colleagues following her legal complaint against It Ends With Us director and costar Justin Baldoni.
The actress filed the complaint with the California Civil Rights Department, accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and retaliation. She alleges that after raising concerns about his behavior to the production team, Baldoni retaliated by working with a crisis PR team to damage her reputation.
Author Colleen Hoover, who penned the bestselling novel on which the film is based, shared her support on Instagram Stories on December 21, the day the complaint became public.

In It Ends With Us, Lively portrays Lily Bloom, a florist who becomes a victim of domestic violence after starting a relationship with Baldoni’s character, a Boston neurosurgeon.
Gwyneth Paltrow also showed her support for Lively by promoting the actress’s new haircare line, Blake Brown, on Instagram Stories. Sharing a snapshot of the product, Paltrow wrote, “Just added to my Christmas wish list,” adding a queen emoji.
Comedian Amy Schumer kept her message simple yet powerful, posting on her Instagram Stories, “I believe Blake.”
