In an interview with The Los Angeles Times, the 22-year-old singer of “Lunch” and her brother Finneas talked about how they enjoy seeing their fellow pop stars, like Charli XCX, Sabrina Carpenter, and Chappell Roan, succeed in the music industry.
When asked if she felt worried about how well the other rising artists were doing compared to her, Eilish expressed her support for them.
Are you serious? I’m really happy for these amazing artists. It’s incredible to see them at the level they’re at, and they’re doing so well. Fans love them because they’re truly awesome.

Later in the conversation, the “Ocean Eyes” singer talked about her experience with fame. She shared a moment when a TSA agent took pictures of her, which she called “a power imbalance.”

When the “Birds of a Feather” singer was at the peak of her fame, she thought it would never slow down.
I believed this is how my life would always be. I thought I could never go outside again and would never feel like a regular person. Every room would be, ‘It’s Billie Eilish!’ and that would make me really unhappy.
She said,
Eilish thinks that the lines between artists and fans have “disappeared.”
If you look back at the Beatles, it was the same situation. The only difference is that now everyone has a camera.
Finneas pointed out,

When it comes to fame, the “Happier Than Ever” singer has decided to keep more things private in the future.
In the November cover story for Vogue, Eilish shared that she regrets talking about her attraction to women. She felt “intimidated by their beauty and presence” when she discussed it last year in an interview for Variety’s The Power of Women issue.
