According to Nielsen Big Data + Panel, the Season 28 premiere attracted 3.88 million live and same-day viewers, making it the franchise’s most-watched premiere episode in half a decade.

The Season 28 premiere outperformed recent years and delivered impressive year-over-year growth.
The premiere audience of 3.88 million viewers represents:

- A 21% increase compared to the average Thursday audience for Season 27.
