Awards were given across a range of categories, including factual, drama, entertainment, comedy, children’s, daytime, news, soap, sport, shortform, and live events.
The BAFTA TV Awards took place this year at London’s Royal Festival Hall and were available to watch on iPlayer and BBC One in the U.K. Viewers outside the UK can also watch the show by using a VPN to access.

The BBC triumphed at last night’s BAFTA TV Awards, taking home an impressive 18 wins—more than any other broadcaster or streaming platform—across 27 competitive categories.
Highlighting the diversity and quality of BBC programming, awards were earned in genres including factual, drama, entertainment, comedy, children’s, daytime, news, soap, sport, shortform, and live events.
BBC drama Mr Loverman secured two major wins: Best Actor for Lennie James and Best Supporting Actor for Ariyon Bakare. Meanwhile, Strictly Come Dancing won the Memorable Moment award, voted by the public, for Chris McCausland and Dianne Buswell’s touching waltz.
