The nickname has stuck, and Myles is so proud of it that he’s even launched a “Jungle Rat” T-shirt line.
Myles has earned the nickname “Jungle Rat” on Australian Survivor: Brains V Brawn II—and he couldn’t be happier. In fact, he’s even launched a T-shirt line featuring himself as a rat.
Rats are in fashion, right? Rats are cool. I definitely have a bit of rat energy.
Myles tells TV WEEK
The 24-year-old financial analyst admits that his reputation for being sneaky on Survivor was “quite fairly justified.”
I was strat chatting like hell early on, Max came up to me and he was like, ‘Myles, I want to call you a jungle rat in confessionals, I think that would be fun,’ and I was like, ‘That’s amazing!’
he explains

Survivor nicknames are always a fan favorite. “The name just stuck because it worked. I love it.” Throughout much of the season, Myles has been “playing from the bottom,” a challenge he admits was both physically and mentally tough.
I was always in the worst spot in the shelter, and I was often getting less food, And people talk down to you a little bit at times when you’re on the bottom.
he remembers
After losing 12kg while filming in Samoa last year, Myles admits he should have gained more weight beforehand.
Every meal, for two months leading up to going on the show, I would have a normal meal and then two sausages and protein powder with milk. And I only put on five kilos! I have skinny man metabolism.

The wet weather only added to the challenges of camp life, especially for Myles, who spent a lot of time in the leaky Brains shelter. But he didn’t let it bring him down.
Kaelan and I would go running around in the jungle in our underwear, collecting coconuts and looking for idols every time it rained. We found ways to make fun out of it.
Outside of his job as a financial analyst, Myles enjoys pole dancing and often shares videos of himself singing and playing guitar on social media.
However, he has no plans to turn his hobbies into a career.
I just enjoy the pole dancing as a hobby, Who knows? There might be a Survivor-themed strip show coming up down the line somewhere!
he explains.
