Bigg Boss 20 has already become a major talking point online following its premiere, with viewers discussing everything from Salman Khan’s return as host to the season’s contestant lineup. Amid the early buzz, former Bigg Boss contestant Asim Riaz has sparked another conversation after taking a dig at the new season on social media.

Asim Riaz’s Deleted Post Sparks Debate
Asim Riaz’s comment quickly caught the attention of Bigg Boss fans. The reality star’s post appeared shortly after the premiere of the new season and questioned the reception of Bigg Boss 20.
While the post is no longer available on his account, screenshots ensured that the remark continued to circulate across social media platforms.

The reaction to Asim’s statement was mixed, although several users pushed back against his assessment of the season. Some fans reminded him that he did not win Bigg Boss, while others pointed out that he finished as the runner-up during the 13th season.
A few social media users also advised Asim to be careful with his comments, particularly because Salman Khan continues to host the reality show.
Fans Defend Bigg Boss 20
Several Bigg Boss viewers came to the show’s defence, arguing that it was too early to judge the season based on its opening episode.
One discussion surrounding Asim’s post focused on how the popularity of television shows is measured today. A user pointed out that comparing current television ratings with numbers from earlier seasons may not provide a complete picture because a significant number of viewers now consume shows digitally on their phones and other devices.

Other users took a more personal approach, questioning why Asim appeared concerned about the new season. Some pointed out that Bigg Boss continues to trend on social media and remains a major topic of conversation despite criticism.
There were also comments about Asim’s recent music and professional work, with some users suggesting that he should move on from his Bigg Boss association.

Asim Riaz became one of the most recognisable contestants during Bigg Boss 13. His journey on the show generated considerable discussion, particularly because of his intense rivalry with fellow contestant Sidharth Shukla.
Asim ultimately finished as the runner-up, while Sidharth Shukla was declared the winner of the season.
Even years after his stint on the reality show, Asim continues to be associated with Bigg Boss, with his comments about subsequent seasons regularly attracting attention from the show’s fan base.
Some of his supporters also joined the latest discussion, with fans who had backed him during Bigg Boss 13 expressing their own views about his latest remarks.

His post is also no longer visible on his social media account. Its disappearance led to speculation among users that he may have deleted it following criticism, although there has been no confirmation of the reason behind its removal.
