Alix Earle filmed an UN-GRWM (Un-Get Ready With Me) TikTok, giving fans a look at how she relaxes after a long day of “Dancing With the Stars” rehearsals.
I have bruises on my collarbones, my toenail came off during practice today, this is like, one big, swollen bruise. It’s so swollen, I don’t think I can walk.
she shared, pointing to her injuries.
Earle admitted that while the first week was tough, Week 2 hasn’t been any easier. She also acknowledged that she might be taking on more than she can handle.
I’m signing myself up for stuff I have yet to do, There’s some tricks and things that I just can’t do, but I’m like, ‘Oh, I’ll do it, I’m gonna work and get it by next Tuesday.’ I’m starting to doubt myself a little bit, but I’m gonna keep trying.

After sharing her struggles, Earle worked on shifting her outlook. Her dog, Asia, had recently undergone surgery, which reminded the “Hot Mess” podcaster that things could be worse. She also recognized how fully committed she had become to her DWTS routine.
Thinking about today, I don’t know the last time in the past three years that I have dedicated this much time to something besides work. I’m always like, ‘I’m busy, I have work, I can’t do it,’ But this has just become my everything.
she said.
I have completely changed my entire life schedule. I go to bed early every night. I really have nothing else going on besides dancing every day. I go to meetings before and after, but just like recovery, taking care of myself. I’ve changed what I’m eating.
Fans filled her comments with suggestions like magnesium and Epsom salt baths. Luckily, her sister Ashtin has also been there to support her, even helping by massaging her hip flexors.
