Tragic Stampede at Pushpa 2 Premiere: Allu Arjun Released on Bail
A horrific incident took place on the premiere night of Pushpa 2. At Sandhya Theatre, Hyderabad, a stampede broke out. This stampede took the life of M Revathi and left critical injuries to her nine-year-old son. Soon after the incident, the victim’s family filed a case against Allu Arjun, his security team, and the theatre management.
Due to the case, the actor got arrested on December 08, 2024 and sent on remand for 14 day custody. Later, he got interim bail on December 09,2024 from Telangana High Court with a ₹50,000 surety. However, the paperwork got delayed, and Allu spent a night in the prison according to prison rules. Next day on December 10, 2024 he got released from the jail.
Allu Arjun Speaks Out After Release, Expresses Regret Over Stampede Tragedy
After the release of Allu Arjun, he made an official release and apologies for the incident and made condolences for the victim’s family. The actor said;
“We are extremely sorry for the family, it is purely accidental. I was inside the theatre watching the film with my family and the incident took place outside the theatre, It was purely of no direct connection to me. My love and respect to the family. I have been visiting the theatre for the last few years, I have been to the same place almost 30 times. Never has such a thing happened. It was purely accidental. I am extremely sorry for the accident that happened.”

However, the hopital confirms that the boy is suffering from “intermittent fever”. On Sunday, the official statement released read;
The boy continues to be in the Paediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) on ventilator support with minimal requirements. He is hemodynamically stable and tolerating tube feedings. However, he has intermittent fever, remains in an altered sensorium, and exhibits dystonic movements.”

Mass entertainer must watch in theaters
Mass entertainer, more than three hours but no dull moments. You were entertained throughout, though there are some excesses. Can’t imagine any Telugu mass movies without them. Not exceeding expectations but worth spending your money on this entertainer. Allu arjun carried the film with excellent support from Fahadh Faasil and Rashmika. Must be watched in theaters to appreciate the cinematography. Fight sequences were good. Over all not to be missed.
Screen play kept us entertained throughout the three hours of the movie. Definitely an another successful sequel. May not be as crisp as Pushpa1 but definitely a spectacle on its own rights. Happy watching !!

This movie is oozing with greatness, not a single dull moment. Honestly the best telugu movie to be released in 2024 and also one of the best pan indian movies in terms of overall action, characters, plot, and the damn songs… bhAAi is just on a whole another level. If you liked kgf this the next thing for you if u liked Vikram this is the next best thing for you. The story kept on getting more intense and adrenaline filled progression, AA’s acting improved dramatically as the movie went on especially the last 15-20 minutes his acting was literally peak. But the cliffhanger really offed the mood for me, cause I can’t wait another 3 years, it’s too long 😭. Personally I gave it a 10 but overall it’s an easy 8.5 (which is still a good rating). Didn’t even feel like 3hrs. Final conduct : “yes it’s worth your money”
